Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Assisting Occupational Therapists in evaluating client's level of functionality and need for therapy; implementation of therapy programs developed by the Occupational Therapist, to meet assigned client’s rehabilitation goals and objectives; provide treatment techniques which include, but are not limited to, activities of daily living, perceptual-motor activities, guidance and use of adaptive equipment, exercises to enhance functional performance, prevocational evaluation and treatment, and use of assistive technology; collecting and accurately recording data on therapy programs.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: Evaluation, treatment and education of neuro-rehab patients including planning, organizing and coordination of recreation activities, functional leisure skills, and leisure education. Assess capabilities/interests/barriers. Monitor progress and recommend changes/modifications to program as required.  Perform home assessments and assist the patients with transition to home and community.
